Who we are
CueHub ("we") is operated by Liad Grushka (sole proprietor, registered for VAT in Israel), HaMaayan 3, Ramat Gan, Israel. For any privacy question or request, contact us at liadgr@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address, plus anything you choose to add — name, username, phone, instrument, city and a short bio.
- The musician network: if you choose to appear in it, other CueHub users can find you by name, instrument and city and send you a contact request. This is your choice, and you can turn it off in settings.
- Content you create: productions, setlists, schedules, notes, comments, links to materials, and — if you use it — budget data and client details.
- Team and collaboration details: when you are added to a production — the name, email or phone the producer entered, your role on the production, and your RSVP answers.
- Billing details: payment is handled by an external payment processor. We never see or store your card details — only customer and subscription IDs, the plan you chose and your payment status.
- Connections: if you connect Green Invoice (Morning), your API keys are stored encrypted and used only for actions you request.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, timestamps, browser type) and error reports, used only for security and fixing problems.
We use only cookies that are necessary for signing in and for the service to work. We have no advertising or analytics tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy before the change.
Why we use it
- To provide the service: manage your account, show you the productions you are part of, and let you and your collaborators work together.
- To communicate with you: account-related emails (sign-in links, invitations, password resets), and WhatsApp invitation, RSVP and reminder messages — when a producer sends them to you through CueHub.
- To bill and manage your subscription.
- To keep the service secure: access to each production’s data is limited to its owner and the team members invited to it, and is checked on every action.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Legal basis for collecting information
- Most information is collected to perform our agreement with you and provide the service you asked for.
- Optional information — such as a musician-network profile or a Green Invoice connection — is collected based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Billing records are also kept to meet our legal obligations (for example, tax law).
- Logs and error reports are collected to keep the service secure and working properly.
Service providers and transfers outside Israel
To run CueHub we rely on providers that process information on our behalf, solely to provide the service:
- Cloud and hosting — the database, sign-in, and running the website.
- Email and messaging — sending emails and WhatsApp messages, including the email address or phone number and the message content.
- Payments — billing and subscription management.
- Artificial intelligence — when you use the AI assistant, your request and the relevant production details are sent to the AI provider to process it.
- Error monitoring — detecting and fixing technical errors.
- Services you connect yourself — for example Green Invoice (Morning), only if you connect it.
The full list of providers is available on request at liadgr@gmail.com.
Some providers store and process information outside Israel, in the European Union and the United States. By agreeing to these terms you expressly consent to your information being transferred to and processed on servers outside Israel, and we undertake to work only with providers that meet accepted information-security standards.
Who can see your information
- Production data (setlists, schedules, notes) is visible to the production’s owners and the team members invited to it — never to other users.
- A production’s budget data is visible by default only to its producers, and to anyone they explicitly grant access.
- Team members’ details (name and role) are visible to everyone on the same production’s team. Your phone number is visible to the producers of productions you’re on, so they can send you WhatsApp updates.
- Anyone who receives a view-only link or a day-sheet link created by the production owner can see what it shows without signing in.
- CueHub staff access information only when needed to provide support or investigate a security issue — and for no other purpose.
Information you enter about others
When someone adds other people’s details to a production (name, email, phone), the person who entered them is responsible for having permission to enter them and to message them. Anyone who received a message from CueHub and does not want to be on the production can contact us and we will remove their details.
How long we keep information
We keep your account and production data for as long as your account is active. A deleted account or production stops being accessible immediately and is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days — except information we are required by law to keep (for example, billing records).
Information security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information: encrypted connections, permission-based access checks on every action, and encryption of keys for connected external services. No system is completely immune, and if a breach affecting your information is discovered we will notify you and the authorities as required by law.
Your rights
Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, you may review the information we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. You can update most details directly in your account settings and delete your account there, or contact us at liadgr@gmail.com and we will handle your request.
Children
CueHub is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information about them.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes we will update the date above, and notify active users of material changes.
