Terms of Service

By creating a CueHub account, or by joining a production through an invitation, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

CueHub is a management tool for live shows, events and recording productions: setlists, schedules, team coordination, RSVPs and budget tracking. CueHub is operated by Liad Grushka (sole proprietor, registered for VAT in Israel) ("we").

CueHub is a management tool only. We are not a party to any engagement between a producer and their musicians, crew or clients, we are not the employer of any of them, and we are not responsible for payments, wages, invoices or obligations between them — even when these are recorded in CueHub’s budget tool.

You must provide accurate information (at minimum, a real email address you control), keep your login details secure, and tell us if you believe someone else has used your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

A production owner can invite others (by email or WhatsApp) and assign each of them a role that determines what they can see and edit. Removal from a production ends access to that production’s data from that moment on, but does not undo changes made while a member. You can leave a production you were added to at any time.

Anyone who adds other people’s details to a production (name, email, phone) is responsible for having permission to do so, and for those people agreeing to receive invitations and updates from them through CueHub. The user undertakes to indemnify CueHub against any claim or demand by a third party arising from that third party’s details being entered into the system without their consent.

• Creating new productions requires a paid subscription. A new account gets a 14-day free trial, with no credit card required.
• The plans (Solo, Team, Label), their prices, and how many people each plan lets you add to a production are listed on the pricing page. All prices include VAT.
• People invited to someone else’s production use it free of charge.
• A promo code gives free access to the plan and for the period stated with it, with no card required. When that period ends the free access ends, and creating new productions requires a subscription. We may deactivate a code that has not been redeemed yet.
• Payment is handled by an external payment processor. Your subscription renews automatically every month or year (depending on the plan you chose) until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time, from your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect within 3 business days of our receiving your notice, and you will not be charged for any period after that. If you paid in advance for a period (monthly or annual), you will receive a pro-rata refund for the unused part. After cancelling, existing productions remain available to view.
• If a payment fails, you may be unable to create new productions until your payment method is updated.
• Price changes apply from the billing period after we announce them, and we will give notice in advance.

The content you put into CueHub (setlists, schedules, notes, budget data, etc.) is yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process and display it to you and your collaborators on the production, as the service requires. We do not claim ownership of your creative or business content.

CueHub lets you connect external services — for example Green Invoice (Morning) for issuing invoices, Google Calendar, and WhatsApp for sending invitations and RSVPs. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms. Documents issued through Green Invoice are real accounting documents of your business, and you are responsible for their content and for reporting them. CueHub is not a substitute for an accountant or tax adviser.

CueHub includes an AI-based assistant that can suggest changes to a production. Its suggestions may be wrong or incomplete — a change is applied only after you approve it, and checking it before approving is your responsibility.

Do not use CueHub to break the law, infringe others’ rights, send unsolicited messages (spam), upload malicious content, or try to access an account or production you are not authorized to access.

We aim for the service to be available and reliable, but we do not guarantee it will always work without interruption or errors. We may change or discontinue features, and will give advance notice where practical.

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. CueHub is a coordination and information tool — it is not a substitute for your own backup plan for a show or live event, and having one is your responsibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CueHub and Liad Grushka (sole proprietor, registered for VAT in Israel) will not be liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages (including a disrupted or cancelled performance, lost revenue or reputational harm) arising from use of, or inability to use, the service, including during a live event.

In any event, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Liad Grushka (sole proprietor, registered for VAT in Israel) to you will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the date above, and give active users advance notice of material changes. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of it.
